Summer care programs play a crucial role in ensuring children remain engaged and enriched during the long school break. Briana's Big Buddies summer program is designed for students entering grades 1st-5th and focuses on providing a high level of individualized attention through a low teacher to student ratio. By keeping class sizes small, this program aims to create a supportive and engaging learning environment where each child can thrive. Our program will be offering weekly themes that combine fun and learning. These themed activities will primarily take place in the mornings, so our part day children can enjoy them, while the afternoons will be kept open for free play and activity centers based on individual interests.

DATES/HOURS 

Our program begins on May 28th and ends August 9th (closed July 4-5th)

Drop off between 7:30am-9am; Pick up between 4-5:30pm if full day.

FEES

Part Day  (7:30am-Noon): $20 daily

Full Day (7:30am-4:00pm w/ pick up available until 5:30): $40 daily

**We do accept CCRS so rates will vary based on individual family approvals and copays**

TYPICAL DAILY SCHEDULE

Morning: Each classroom will have a scheduled morning recess, AM snack, reading time, free play, and TWO planned themed activities. Lunch will be served at Noon. 

​

Afternoon: Each classroom will have a scheduled PM recess, center rotation time, PM snack, a short period of TV time, and ample free play.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• On your enrollment form, you will be asked to choose certain days per week and certain weeks of the summer in which you would like to enroll. Once enrolled, you will be locked into those days and weeks and required to provide payment. 

• After your enrollment form is submitted, you will receive an invoice within three days for a $50 registration fee per child via our Brightwheel app to secure their spot in our program. This registration fee is due within one week. If payment is not made within one week, this spot will be released for other registrants or those on our waitlist. 

• Upon successful enrollment, you will receive additional consent forms to fill out prior to the child's first day.

• Payments will be due every Friday BEFORE the week of care. 

• Children will be required to bring their own lunch daily. Snacks will be provided by us. 

• Parents will be required to provide spare clothes and a water bottle for each child in our care.
